Melt the dark chocolate and spread it over the butter paper. Cut rounds out of the chocolate cake. Keep it cool and cut the cake into donut shapes. Mix the melted chocolate and cooking cream and make a ganache on the serving plate. Place the cake and cover it with the chocolate round. Pour hot ganache on top of it. serve with vanilla ice crem.
