In a large bowl crumble the cake. it should look like bread crumbs. add chocolate ganache in to the cake crumbs mix it well till u can make smooth ball keep the chocolate balls in to the fridge for half n hour. melt the dark chocolate on double boiler or microwave till chocolate gets melt. dip lollipop stick in the malted chocolate n then press in the chocolate balls. deep each chocolate balls in the melted chocolate . cote them well sprinkle some colourful sprinkler on top of the ball. refrigerate chocolate balls for half an hour. ready to eat.

  • 1/2 kg chocolate cake (chocolate sponge cake)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tbs butter
  • some colourful sprinkles
  • some lollipop stick
