Carrot Cake

In a mixing bowl take plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon  and
cardamom powder and chopped walnuts. Mix all the dry ingredients well. 

In another mixing bowl take eggs , oil , apple sause , carrot, and sugar. 
Mix well till sugar gets dissolved.

Mix dry ingredients in to the wet mixture. And mix everything well.

Pour the mixture into the line and grease the baking try. 

Bake the cake into the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.  

How to make apple sauce :-
- Take one apple and chop it into the cubes. - Add 5 to 6 tbs of water 
- Cook till apple becomes soft
- Once cool down, grind it till you get smooth sauce

How to make cream cheese :-
- 1 cup of cream cheese 
- 3 to 4 tbs of icing sugar 
- 1 orange zest 
- 2 tbs milk. 
Mix every thing together. 

Serve warm cake with cold cream cheese.

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup sugar  ( white and brown )

2 eggs 

A hand full of chopped walnuts
