Motichoor Cheesecake

Method:

Break down/ crush motichoor laddoo. 

Beat Cream cheese kept at room temperature.

Mix some icing sugar, go easy on sugar as Motichoor laddoo are already sweet.

Add elaichi powder (cardamom powder) to flavor cream cheese.

Mix it well

Add whipped cream, to make the mix airy.

Mix it gently.

Add mixture in a piping bag.

Nowxmake layers of cream cheese mix, motichoor laddoo and pistachio.

Decorate with gold varakh pistachio

Motichoor Cheesecake is ready

 

Recipe Ingredients

6 regular size motichoor laddoo

200 gm cream cheese

1 cup whipped cream

4-5 elaichi (Cardamom) powder

4 tbs icing sugar - go easy on sugar as motichoor laddoo are sweet

Few Pistachio with Golden Varkh for decorating
